Our password-protected CustomerCare site will allow you to:

• Request tags or a quote
• Request detailed product information
• Manage contact information in your account profile
• Maintain preferred billing and shipping information

We will process a request for tags, a quote, or information, within 3 business days. You will receive your quote or confirmation of your order by email. Please telephone or email us if you do not receive our response within 3 days.

• If you have ordered from us in the past, you may already have an account and profile in our system. If so, you will need only to request an initial password.

• This step is required only on the first CustomerCare visit.
